Industrial Design Filing Requirements
- Simply signed power of attorney for each application.
- Certified copy of the priority document for a convention application to be lodged within two months from the filing date if claimed.
- Six identical copies of the representations of the design.
- Summary description of the design in French language.
- The name, business nature, nationality, and address of the applicant.

- Late filing of documents: can be filed later without penalty.
Industrial Design Assignment
- Power of attorney in French, English, and Arabic languages signed by the assignee notarised.
- Original or certified copy of the deed of assignment in French notarised.

Industrial Design Merger
- Power of attorney in French, English, and Arabic languages notarised.
- Original or certified copy of the merger agreement in French notarised.

Industrial Design Recordal of Change
- Simply signed power of attorney reflecting the change.
- Certificate of change notarised.

Industrial Design License
- Power of attorney in French, English, and Arabic languages signed by the licensee notarised.
- An approval from the Ministry must be obtained.
- Original or certified copy the license agreement in French notarise.
