It has been declared that the submitting of a Boycott Declaration has been waived from the list of requirements for filing new trademarks, patents, industrial designs and models.
First-time applicants may now submit their applications without the Boycott Declaration, since they will be checked internally to make sure that they are not on the boycott list, otherwise applications will be rejected. This new adjustment has been applied since November 2009.
