Iraq – Rebuilding the Trademark Files

The Iraqi Trademark Office (ITMO) is now requesting that all proprietors of trademarks should provide them with copies of the following documents for each trademark’s file.

For pending applications:

1. Power of attorney.
2. Payment receipt.
3. Official notification of receipt.
4. Copy of the applications as filed.
5. Certificates of recordal if any.

For registrations:

1. Power of attorney.
2. Final registration certificates and/ or.
3. Renewal certificates if applicable.
