GAZA – The Deputy Office of the Ministry of the National Economy in the State of Palestine issued Administrative Decision No. 154 of 2026, granting a temporary extension for trademark renewals.
Enacted on 17 September 2026, the decree provides critical regulatory relief in response to the ongoing state of emergency. Under Article 1, businesses can renew their registered trademarks with a full waiver of late fees and penalties, requiring only the payment of standard renewal fees. Per Article 2, this grace period and penalty exemption remains valid for one month from the date of issuance.
