Jordan – Revised Power of Attorney Form Now Required

AMMAN – As we previously announced, the Administrative Court of Justice has replaced The High Court of Justice per the ratification of Administrative Court Law No. 27 in the year 2014, published in the Official Gazette No. 5297 on 17 August 2014 with an effective date 60 days thereafter.

Accordingly, it is now required to revise the previous power of attorney forms to be in line with the new law. The old powers of attorney will not be accepted for appeals of Registrar Decisions before the Administrative Court.
