GAZA – We are pleased to inform our clients that the Gaza Trademark Office has officially resumed its full administrative and operational functions.
As part of the resumption of services, the Office has begun issuing renewal certificates for trademarks. Notably, the renewal certificates confirm that no late renewal penalty fees have been imposed for renewals filed after the expiry date, recognising that the delay resulted from the exceptional circumstances caused by the war.
